Eight women, a journey of hope. They walked with Dante on ‘his’ day, giving voice to those who have no voice. If Dante's Giudecca is the bottom of Inferno, the island of Venice has become, in these days, the key to ‘return to the clear world’. In the ancient cloister, between the red bricks of the prison and the breath of the botanical garden, words and music broke the silence, melting the chill of pain. Theatre opened glimmers of freedom, transforming art into redemption, into life.
