In Milan, in the heart of the 5Square neighborhood, there is a place where work becomes inclusion and talent finds space, without labels.
It is called BUM - Buoni Un Mondo, and it is much more than a workshop. It is a bistro, an emporium, a bakery... but above all it is a project that every day offers concrete opportunities to people with disabilities and social fragility. Here, work is dignity, it is training, it is growth. In one year, BUM has placed 20 people with disabilities at work, supported by colleagues who believe in the value of diversity. It is part of a social supply chain that cultivates, transforms, produces.
