“Un mare dentro” is an educational program for high schools in Verona that invites students to look at prison with new eyes, through the language of cinema and encounters with real testimonies. It offers an opportunity to deconstruct stereotypes, question the meaning of punishment, and discover how culture and work can transform life behind bars.
This project does not stop at the school classroom: it opens up to the wider community with events and in-depth discussions, helping to make prison not only a place of confinement, but a shared space for reflection.
