The project in brief

A carpentry workshop. A project of prison economy managed within the Prison House of Montorio, Verona. The opportunity for a group of inmates to compete with commitment, goal, finite time and precision. Reverse IN is this and much more. Inclusive and low environmental impact craftsmanship, for the creation of a professional training space, through job placement internships with which prisoners learn both specific and transversal skills. A workplace, where the people involved acquire greater awareness, independence, professionalism, strength in themselves and dignity. Work in prison is not just work, but the possibility of giving yourself a new opportunity. 

Our contribution

Work inclusion project involving inmates of the Prison House of Montorio (Verona) in the artisanal production of wooden furniture and fittings.
