Italy, VeronaThe project in brief
Seeing one’s future is not a given. For many young people, it is an uncertain space, waiting to be filled.
Passi Avanti was created to open up possibilities: it builds contexts where young people can test themselves, make decisions, and feel recognised. Through pathways focused on entrepreneurship, school and community become places to develop confidence, autonomy, and vision.
Around them, a community that takes on an educational role and walks alongside them—because the future takes shape within relationships that support it.
Our contribution
Support to the development of the Passi Avanti project, promoted by Hermete, by accompanying educational actions aimed at lower and upper secondary school students and young people aged 16 to 25 in situations of vulnerability.
Support to pathways that foster entrepreneurship both in and outside school, through student cooperatives and community-based initiatives, with the aim of strengthening autonomy, self-efficacy, and decision-making skills.
Contribution to system-level actions that engage and strengthen the educational community, fostering partnerships between schools, local stakeholders, and the wider community.
